pivot shoe

Question

I have windows using the red spiral looking at the pivot shoe  1/2 inch size your videos do not show how to put in the pivot bar. do you have one that show this procedure? most of the pivot shoes on my older windows have broken

We have several videos on this kind of hardware, so I unfortunately don't know what kind of pivot shoe it is you're dealing with. Would you be able to show me photos of your current setup so that I can advise you appropriately?
