Thanks for posting! The pivot shoe in your photos looks like a few different pivot shoes we carry in our inventory. There are quite a few that this could be. That said, you will need to remove the shoe from the window channel to compare the dimensions and confirm the exact replacement you need.

I suggest starting with review the dimensions for our 15-015, 15-046, 15-047, and 15-118. Take a look and see which of these might be the best fit.
