please help me fix my cheap-ass windows

A handy person from Shaker Heights OH says:
Hi, I have a bunch of broken pivot shoes in my crappy vinyl windows. The only markings I can find on the windows says "Poly-Tex Pittsburgh Penn." Can you help me identify the correct replacement parts from the photos? Once I know what they are, I can start replacing a bunch of pivot shoes and spiral balances. Woohoo.

They are 1 15/16" long, 1 1/4" wide, and a smidge over 1/2" thick. I'm guessing the 15-046 is what I need but I'd like to confirm before ordering. Thanks!

Hello,

Your pivot shoe has been discontinued some time ago and was replaced with the 15-046 that you already picked out.

Your window balances will be our Series 600 and we recommend getting a charging tool, the 75-006, to make the installation easier. We've related some helpful media guides for you as well. Thank you!
