potential custom channel balance order

Hello, This might be a custom order as our last one for similar windows was. I would like to inquire about about getting 2 of these channel balances as seen in the photos. There is a stamp "19 4" in the metal as seen in photo. Also very faintly in the plastic can be seen "Pat 659826". The metal portion of balance is ~9/16ths wide and 19 and 9/16ths long. This is for original window in house built in 2006 with "Insulate" stamped in metal of window where the locking mechanism is. Thanks!

Hi there! This is definitely a custom order balance; specifically it's an "extended-travel" type balance, named such for the comparatively long cord.
