rear drawer glide

I am looking for a rear drawer glide for a desk drawer. The opening of the original plastic rear drawer glide is slightly less than 1-3/16 opening wide nd this inter locks on a 1-1/8" wooden t track the open slot is greater than height 1/4"

The T Track is good condition I need only the plastic rear drawer glide. THe drawer glide I am looking for needs to slide onto the existing T track, It is 1-18" wide at the top and 5/8 wide at the bottom and a total 1/2" tall. the Top of the T is very near 1/4' thickness.
