replace balance

Hello! This old rod-type balance is discontinued and no longer made, but one of our modern channel balances should be able to work as a replacement. 

Before we go any further, can you tell me what the diameter of the spring is? It should be either 1/2" or 3/8". That will be the big determining factor for what hardware can be used as a replacement.

Great! In that case, you can use our Series 795 channel balance. This will work perfectly fine but the process of installation can be a bit involved. The video below will walk you through it every step of the way.
