replace handle

I need to find a replacement handle for this door. The top & bottom holes are 4" apart on center.

Take a look at our 82-035 - this handle may be a good fit for you. The distance between the installation holes of the 82-035 is 3-15/16" which is very close to your measurement of 4" - see if that would be a problem or not.

It is unclear from the pics how the lever for the latch is installed (only 2 wholes on the mounting plate).

You have two holes to install the locking handle. The thumb turn rests in behind the handle plate in a little indentation.
