Here are pictures of the window mechanism.

I have 2-5/8" for the lever, and 2 holes in the arm. See the second picture that I sent you.

Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for this operator. We cannot guarantee they will work, but start by taking a look at the styles of the 39-012 or 39-278 operators. Compare the dimensions to your original to see if you think either could work for your window.
