I have storm windows and the plastic piece is broken to latch the window in the open position, do you have these replacements and possibly how to replace them. see pictures.
This is the plastic piece inside the slide. I believe it is attached to the white handle. This is the part I do not know at this time how to take this apart to see the internal parts. yes the #1
It is not this pivot bar, I will try to go back to anderson to see if they still supply this part.to clarify this a little more this is used on the storm window not the main double hung. as you open the storm window (raising it straight up) this drops into a slot in the channel to keep the window open.
