replacement hinges

Hello, Chris, and Chris' dog. We should be able to supply you with the parts in question. Starting with the hinge, I recommend our 36-048 to start out. I find this to be a very reliable hinge that can be used on many, many different casement windows. Review its specs and see what you think. The installation video below should also allow you to determine whether it will be a suitable replacement. We have other options if you have any doubts, so just let me know.

For the operator, would it be possible to see a photo of the inside base? Can you also detach the arm from the sash track and show me a picture of the bearing at the end of it? That will give me a good idea of what kind of configuration it is and which of our parts will work best for you.
