We will do our best to help you locate what you need. To start, could we have you send us a couple of more photos showing the latch from the front side? Could we also have you give us the screw hole measurement from center to center? From there, we will see what we can come up with. 

Thank you for including these additional photos. At first glance of your parts, it seems you may have Kinco windows. We have known those windows to be able to use our 26-314 top tilt latch pair as a replacement. Take a look and see if this looks correct to you. As for your spiral balances, there may be a possibility you can go with our Series 600. However, you will ultimately need to remove your balances out of the window for comparison just to make sure. For additional assistance with your spiral balance, please upload photos to us and provide us with the tube length, the color of the tip bearing, and the tube diameter. We'd be happy to have a look and see what options we can suggest.
