replacement latchlock for Kinco window

A quick learner from USA says:
Dear people of Swisco,

Could you please help me find replacements for my Kinco window
latchlocks? A picture is below. The house was built in 1988 and the
locks are becoming very brittle and break easily, I would like to
replace them before hurricane season though (I live in Tallahassee,
Florida). Measurements: top is about 1 3/4, lower part about1 1/2
inches long.

Thank you!

This one is a little weird. Take a look at our 26-054 mounted tilt latch and see if this is similar to what you have. Make sure the dimensions and shape match, as well.

You also show a black thumb latch on the face of the frame. Do you also need that? What is it used for?
A quick learner from Tallahassee says:
Thanks Dave! I never knew I had weird windows!

The lower part is a latch which slides left or right to unlock (separately from the top latch), I am in luck though, I still have those!
I just ordered the latches you recommended and hope they will fit.
Thanks gain for your help,
