It looks like you have our 15-180 coil balance shoe which uses our Series 190 coil spring. Look over our dimensions and compare them to your current hardware to see how they match up.

Do you happen to sell a complete assembled balancer unit with coils or if we need to buy all the parts separately?

We do sell our 15-181 double coil support and our 15-180 uses the Series 190 coil spring. Each of these items are sold separately. To confirm you get the correct spring tensions, you can weigh your window sash and divide the precise weight by the number of coils in the window.
