Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 39-221 and 39-220 Maxium operators. I believe this style is a compatible version of the one in your photos. Also take a look at our 39-545 and 39-546 brackets, 39-205 handle, and 39-559 gasket. Let me know what you think.

thank you, the operator looks right, but I need the foldable crank handle. I also need the piece that is broken off the end of the arm that attaches to the window with the 3 screw holes in it.

Sure! I actually disagree with Tom's bracket assessment. I think yours look more like our 39-548 and 39-549. See what you think.

I'm afraid we can't supply these operators with the same nesting cover and handle. They just don't make them that way anymore, and the 39-221 and 39-220 covers are literally built into the mechanism and cannot be removed or replaced. Your only option for a folding handle would be to use the 39-205.
