replacement patio door handle 5-1/4" screw holes

Home Owner from Shoreview Mn
i need help. i have been searching for weeks. i need a replacement handle set for a sliding glass door (approximately 40+ years old). i can't believe it's this difficult to find something that will work without having to do modifications. i've attached several photos. i would like a handle that will blend well with age of house and not look flimsy. the holes in the door are 5 1/4 inch apart (from center of holes). any help or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your patience in this matter. After researching this matter, we suggest that you take a look at our 82-035 Patio Door Handle Set. The length of its face plate is 8-3/16", and the screw hole center distance is 3-15/16. You will have to drew new holes to fit it to your door; just make sure that the center hole is lined up, and use a straight edge or ruler to get a straight line so that you do not drill into the glass, which is important. You may want to get help from a local professional.
