replacement roller for sliding glass door

A home owner from Greenback, Tennessee says:
I had my origional door roller out and took the demensions. I ordered and received 81-078 which I determined was wrong because it did not have a concave wheel but the demensions were right. I'm looking at 81-086 with the concave wheel but the demensions are not the same as 81-078. What should I order?

Donna from SWISCO responded:
81-086, is considered the concave version of the 81-078.
A quick learner from Alabama says:
What is the difference in the concave wheel, to the flat wheel?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
A concave wheel has a groove in the roller. It helps to hold the roller on the track. A flat wheel is just that. It is flat on the edge of the roller.
