we have Winguard PGT single hung window from 2018-2019 that is very loose in its frame. I believe we need top and bottom sash guides. Attached photo shows all I could find.

I'm afraid that I've never seen this kind of part before. Can you go into more detail as to what its function is? Can you also show me a photo of what it looks like while installed?
