Thanks for writing in. I am confident we can replace this spiral balance for you, but we'll need you to remove it from the window and tell us the length of the outer tube, as well as the outer tube's diameter. A picture of the tip just to confirm its configuration would also be useful. Unfortunately we don't know anyone specifically in your area who might be able to install these, but typically your local handyman can do the job. Is this a tilt window?
