replacing rollers on a 8' door. door does not lift high enough to tilt out

A quick learner from riverside,ca says:
door does not lift far enough to tilt out so rollers can be replaced. cannot feel any rollers existing, door is approx 20 years old. 8' opening

To remove the older aluminum patio glass doors, you must first remove the stationary door. All the panels are removed from the outside. You may also have a problem with a "sagged header", which could prevent you from removing the doors. In that case, you could us a "jack" to push up the header.
