It's hard to make out what this clip is, since most of it is obscured, but it reminds me of our 36-078. Could this be what you're looking for? 

If not, or if you aren't sure, I will need to see a clearer picture of it.

you're looking passed it. it's not the black shoe stud.it's the little metal piece attached to the arm that is holding the pin of the shoe stud.
