Thanks for reaching out! I believe you are correct. These do appear to be our Series 161 Roller-Tilt coil balance assemblies. Although, to confirm that these are a fit, you'll want to be sure to double check the dimensions shown below.

For the assembly marked with both an 8 and a 7, you'll need the S161-07. However, you'll need the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing for the top. The coil you need, compatible with this housing, would be the S180-8. The assembly marked with a 10, would be replace with the S161-10.

You may also need the 16-030 Clear Bracket.

If you are needing to replace the compatible pivot bar, I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the window.
