shoe for spiral balance, and part that attaches to it from window

Question

I've been replacing the spiral balances on my windows then got to this one which has some water damage. The screw attached to the leg that fits in the side bracket is all rusted out. Looking for that part and the side brackets.

I am confident we can replace this pivot shoe, but you'll have to remove it and measure the width and thickness of the shoe. From there we'll do our best to ID the pivot shoe you need.
