win made in 1999 coil spring balance broke. can only see a few numbers on spring but i have weighed the sash and its 11.0lbs. the spring has a T shape on one end i believe its a # 160 looking at website.
can you tell me witch spring i need to order?

Sure, we can help. Before I recommend anything, though, I need pictures of your current coil balance assembly. Please show me the springs and pivot shoe, specifically. I'll also need to know how thick the springs are.

If your sash is 11 pounds then you actually might want to consider the 5 pound spring, or even 6. Unlike every other balance we sell (which is confusing, I know), you want to divide the sash weight by how many coil springs support it.
In your case, we're dividing 11 by 2. I think you'd be okay with either two 5 pound springs or two 6 pound springs. Being a pound off in either direction won't be the end of the world.
