sliding glass door wheels and track replacement parts

A quick learner from USA says:
I have a sliding glass door that came with the house we purchased over 15 years ago. Says Acorn Dorwal on handle. Can't find anything else except 'Ford Tempered Glass' on actual glass panes.
The wheels seem like they could use replacement; but the track is the bigger issue. It has 'divots' from where the left and right wheels sit in the closed position.
I took the door off (very heavy!) and the wheel out and have included a picture.
The sliding door is 49" wide and 79" tall. The sliding track is 95.5 inches and 1.25" wide. A pic of that also.
Any opportunity to get a set of wheels and the slide track?

Looks like you have Acorn's 800 Series door, which uses the 81-027 roller. It seems to match up to your picture, as well. We have a couple stainless steel track covers that you could consider to help repair your old track. You said you have very heavy doors, so you might want to consider 80-100, but it will raise the door about 1/8" more so it's important to confirm you have the clearance. Otherwise, consider our 80-103.
