spiral balances cant keep window up

Question

Hello

My window does not stop. It is old SilverLine window, lower slash 29" length x 18" high

I measured balance: 17" by 5/8", what parts do you recommend me to buy. I did not find on internet any description, drawing or clip, which will be closed to my situation, but I am sure, you understand it completely

with parts I'd like to have installation description

Thanks for posting, Viktor! If your window can't stay up, I would charge your spiral a few times before you try replacing the whole thing altogether. It may just need to be tightened up.
