stud bracket for a casement window (patriot)

A home owner from new jersey says:

The stud broke off my existing bracket.
The bracket is 2 3/4" x 1/2" with three screws in a line with the stud at the end. Do you have this part?

We have a lot of different brackets that could match this description, so I'm not sure. Can you show me a few pictures of the hardware in question? Thank you!
