I am looking for 2 sets of tape balancers for paradign windows
tape balancers to be 9/16'' deep and 1 1/8'' wide
please let me know if you can help provide part numbers for to look at

It sounds like you need new coil balances. Can you remove your old ones and show us your old assembly, including the pivot shoes? The identity of the pivot shoes will tell us the coil balances you need.
