tilt latches too long

Your product is too long and does not fit the latch the others are asking about. My latch is 2 1/2 inches. I order latches the same size as the 26-391 amd 390 but they are too long and the window cannot snap into the track. Do you have any products smaller than the 26-391 and 390?

Thanks for writing in. Sure, we have a few options that aren't as long as the 26-390 and 26-391. Start by looking at our 26-244 and 26-243. You will need to remove your old tilt latches from the window and go over the dimensions listed on the product pages to see if they match what you need. Let us know what you find.
