trying to find correct pivot shoe

Hello..hope you can help.

I need two of the pictured pivot shoes. I tried the
15-208 and it fit perfectly but didn't hold the window up. On closer inspection I noticed the sides have teeth like grabbers.

Please help me if you can.

If your coil springs have a "T" on the end, similar to our Series 160 coil, then our 1-1/4" wide 15-191 pivot shoe could work for your window. See what you think.

Thanks for the quick update.

I was hoping to just replace the whole shoe. I'm not crazy about trying to put a coil in the old one.

Do you have replacements? If not, do you know how I can find it?

Were you able to look over our 15-191 I mentioned? I think that looks like a good match, assuming the dimensions are the same. However it's important to consider that this is made to work with coil springs that have a "T" shaped tip. If your old springs aren't designed that way they likely won't work with the 15-191.
