Please see our Series 385 channel balance. I would also double check your stamp, that almost looks like "28 3." Either way, you may want to weigh your sash to be 100% sure. We have a chart on all balance store pages that show you how much weight each stamp option can support.

So, I mesured the channel balance and it is 29inch, it weights 19.3lb
I looked through all online catalogs and can't find the top sash cam,
I'm including pictures hoping you can reconize the one I need.

Thanks for getting back to us. Based on that information, I'd recommend our 2830 option. This can carry sashes weighing 16 through 23 pounds.

I'm afraid we don't have this top sash guide. We've seen it a couple times in the past, but have never had any luck locating it. Could you use our 18-009? I can't guarantee this will work, but it's our closest match.
