A handy person from Ocala Florida says:
These balance channels are from a CWS Model #3500 single hung window. The channels not including the plastic ends are 34" long x 9/16 deep x 9/16 wide. Let me know if you need more pictures and or descriptions. Thank You.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Your current balance stamps would support two different sash weights, which should be the same so that you have equal amounts of support on both sides of the window.  For this reason, you'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you. The mismatched balances explains the problems with the windows in this house. I will weigh and measure then place my order.
A handy person from Ocala Florida says:
One more question. The channel measures 34" but is stamped 33. Do I order 33" or 34"?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

That's how most of these balances work. The stamp indicates that the height of the visible glass in the window is 33" but the balance should be 34" long. It's a bit strange but we see that correlation all the time.
