window balance part id?

Need to order about 6 of these. I cant even figure out if this is broken, it seems complete, but the window is not working correctly. IM wondering if something is broken off the winged tab? Except i removed 2 of then, and both are identical in shape, so not sure if its broken or not

Well, that balance looks like SWISCO's S370-29 with a 2820 stamp. However, you say you're not sure if the balance is even broken. What problem are you having with the window?

I have 3 windows that are inoperable. Some balances are clearly broken, springs fell out. This one may have just come unclipped when the other one broke. Some of the others are def broken , from broken tabs to complete failure. On the tabbed end (top) I wasnt sure if any of hte plastic has broken off the end, but a couple all look the same, so I guess not. Thanks

It's tough to tell what the problem may be based on your descriptions. Could it be your top sash guides have failed? See the video below for a summary of this issue and what can be done to fix it.
