window balance part identification

We can supply these balances, but they'll have to be custom made since they aren't stock parts. Before we go any further, can you show me a clear picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord? I can't quite make it out from these photos.
Can you also confirm that these are from two different windows? I note that they have different stamps; if they're off the same window, then those stamps really need to be identical. If they're from two different windows, though, then it's fine.
Assuming they're from different windows, can you tell me how many of each you need?

Thank you so much! This information is precisely what I needed. I'll go ahead and email you two purchase links now: one for each size. You can use those purchase links to place an order on our site.
Let me know if you had any questions!

That take out clip isn't made anymore, unfortunately. I think it was discontinued a long time ago, and we just don't have anything that can be used as a substitute. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

One possible solution would be to temporarily install a screw around where the take out clip went. You'd have to drill a hole and install the screw, making sure that it sticks up a little. That should catch the balances the same way as the take out clip. Then when you're done, you just take the screw out. I've done it myself before in a pinch but it's obviously not a perfect solution.

Sure, that's a reasonable concern. The difference between them is the strength of the spring, as indicated by the two different stamps: 19-3 and 19-4. Two balances with a 19-3 stamp are designed to carry sashes weighing 11 through 15 pounds while two balances with a 19-4 stamp are designed to carry 15 through 16 pounds.
Your balances were presumably installed on two windows that weighed differently, either because of their size or the type of glass they used. As long as you remember which balance went with which window then you should be fine. If you forgot, though, then you'll have to weigh the sashes from each to figure out which one is appropriate.
