recently purchased a 39-089 to replace the older one pictured next to it. control arm is the correct 5" but the crank arm on the old one is slightly different shape and 1" longer. Also picture 2 shows where there used to be a 3rd mountinf screw in a plate that was 90 degrees to the body entered on the main rivet. Any solutions?

I'm afraid we only received one picture from you, which unfortunately does not show us much. is there any way you can show us a few more pictures of the operator arms? I would also like to see a picture of the whole operator by itself.

Ah, I see the problem. According to your order history, you purchased our 39-187, not the 39-089. The 39-187 also matches the operator in your picture. The 39-089 actually would be the proper replacement. The difference between these two operators is that the 39-187 has an "M" shaped gear arm, while the 39-089 has a "Z" shaped gear arm.
