Thanks for posting. I'm afraid that when the gear pops out of an operator, that means the entire mechanism has broken down and needs to be replaced. We may be able to replace your entire operator, but we will need to see it out of the window, with the link arm(s) in full view. From there, we'll see what we can identify for you. Many thanks.
