I believe my window is a Harvey Window. The lock is no longer working. I need a complete lock, not just a part of it. Can you help?

Hello, Lisa. I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have while the latch is installed. Too much is obscured.
The top of your sash is pressed on. You need to remove it so you can get to the top tilt latch. You can use a putty knife and carefully work off the top cover of the sash. Once it's out, please show us a photo of the complete assembly and we can work from there.
