this window handle and part broke off my window

It looks like the worm gear came out of your operator. This unfortunately cannot be repaired or replaced in any way, which means you need an all new operator.
We can help with that, but I will require a photo of your old operator removed from the window. That will let me review the design and find a match in our inventory.
