Sure thing! For the nylon attachments, see our 19-002 and either our 15-001 or 15-002, depending on depth. If it's the 15-001, then you have our Series 390 channel balance. If it's our 15-002, you have our Series 351 instead.

For the rivet, see our 62-005

As for that lock, can you confirm the hole center spacing? Based on your ruler, it almost looks like 3" but that seems like a lot. I'd like you to double check and tell me what you get.

A home owner from tampa says:
Hello,

1. I checked my window shoe, the height and the deep is the same (1 1/8").I measured several times, it is definitely the same, but they are 1 1/8". So should I go with Series 351?

2.I weight my window, it is 30.4lb. Should I use 30.4/2=15 lb and choose 1940 (14-17lb)or I need choose the maximum which we have 1960 (22-26lb)? (I'm wounding my old balance picture 3 shoes the part number is 2140?)

3. For the lock, i think it is 2 1/8". because my picture shows I measure start from 1". Could you tell me which lock I need to buy?

Thanks.

1. If the depth is 1-1/8", then it's our 15-001. The 15-002 is only 1" deep. I think our Series 390 would be better.

2. I'm a little confused. If your old stamp reads 2140, then your balance should be 22" long. Can you confirm? Make sure to only measure the metal channel.

3. Looking at your lock, based on the adjustment you mentioned, it seems to be more like 2-1/16".  If that's the case I recommend our 90-161.

Hello,

I double checked the length, the weird thing is that one is 20" and one is 22". Should I go with 22" length(2140)? My window is 30.4 lb. Which one should I buy? should I divide the weight by 2? Thanks.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Are you saying both balances for one sash are different lengths? That is kind of weird. They really should be the same size. Part of me wants to assume that the original length was 22" simply because both stamps indicate that size, but I hesitate to say for sure. I don't know why the installers would use two totally different lengths for one window, but it honestly happens more often than you'd think (much to our frustration!).

If you can determine which of the two balances is the original, then go with that size. You don't want to divide the sash weight by two; our sash weight calculations are displayed assuming both balances are supporting the noted weight.
