I need the whole sash channel replacement the metal part is approximately 25" 5/8.

Thanks for posting. We can help you replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its unique configuration. I need a little further information to get this going for you. It appears the balance you show in your photos is missing its cord. We need to see the clip at the end of the cord. If you have this cord still, can you show us the clip at its end? If you don't have the cord, you could also show us the clip from another balance of the same type. Once we identify this clip, we'll be able to move this order along.
