RETURN POLICY
  • At SWISCO, we never charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise.
  • We offer free returns (minus delivery charge) if a stock item (not including tools or custom orders) is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • You will be responsible for costs to ship returned items.
  • You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Please re-pack items carefully to prevent damage to returned merchandise.
  • SWISCO will process the refund when we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
  • If the return is a result of a SWISCO error, damage, or defect, the customer will be refunded the delivery charge.
  • SWISCO.com cannot make exchanges. We'll be happy to help you place a new order. Please note you will be charged with shipping and handling on your new order.
  • SWISCO does not offer any express warranties.
  • Custom-made merchandise and tools cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Returns After 30 Days:

  • For returns processed after 30 days, you'll receive store credit automatically applied to your SWISCO account. Don't have an account? You'll receive an email with easy signup instructions.
  • Your credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout, no codes needed.
  • You will have 365 days from the return date to use your store credit. After 365 days from your return date, your store credit will expire.
