Product Description

Quadruple coil spring holder support used in the Series 160 constant force balance window sash support system. This holder support has a closed top which will help prevent the build up dust and debris which could fall on the springs. Assemblies should be installed with a #8 pan head screw (not included). NOTE: Do not over tighten the screws as this could result in damage to the profile walls.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Sash balancers are broken

Sash is approximately 31x31. Both balancers on the bottom sash are broken as you can see. So balancer kits are required for the bottom sash.

Hello I need to replace some window balances. The window information I have is 8026728/10 Unit: 35.5000 65.5000, G1: 31.5000 30.1250. I need to replace all the balances for 3 windows so six balance assemblies total.
