Bathroom Awning Window Operator

A quick learner from West Palm Beach, FL says:
I am looking for help identifying the correct awning window operator replacement. The window is two horizonal panes in a bathroom with the operator on the right hand side. I cannot find any manufacturer identifying information on the window and the limited marking on the operator are or no help to me. I can tell you this is an original window in my 29 year old home. I'm hoping the attached pictures will help you to help me. Looking through you catalog online Product Code 39-259 looks similar but the length of the arm on mine is only ~2". What is your return policy if I were to order this one and find it will not work?

Thanks for posting. I agree, the 39-259 looks best. The link arm length shouldn't be an issue--there's some play allowed with these arms, and so we've found difference in arm length usually doesn't matter. So long as everything else aligns, I think this is your best bet. That said, view our Return Policy here.
