I have two kitchen casement window crank arm and operators I need to replace. One on the left and one on the right as I suspect that since the right is broken the left will be soon to follow.
I believe this is truth hardware by the Windsor wood window brand.
I'm very handy. I live in Bethesda, MD
USA

Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help replace these casement operators, but I need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that jut out the back of the mechanism and push and pull the window sash. Can you open the window manually and provide us a bird's eye view of the link arm(s)? That would help a ton in narrowing this down for you. Many thanks. |

Thanks! My top recommendation at this stage is our 39-216. We also sell the 39-217 (for the opposite side), 39-107 cover, and 39-114L handle. Note that the old cover and handle can be reused as long as they're in good condition. Please look it over to verify that it's a match. Otherwise, I'm happy to answer any other questions you may have. Dimensions for 39-216

Great! I'm glad you're all sorted. Thank you once again for reaching out to us and please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. |
what i received isn't seating together crank operator 39-216 and crank handle 39-274, I cant seem to make seat. the operator is geared and the handle is not so the handle does go onto the operator as it shows in the installation video.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. You aren't doing anything wrong, but the 39-274 handle is the wrong part for the job. This isn't designed to work with the 39-216 operator as it is the wrong size. The proper handle to use with this operator is the 39-114L, which I recommended back on the 10th. I would recommend returning the 39-274 for a refund and making a new purchase for the correct product. You can see our return policy here. |
