Thanks for posting! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing cabinet hinge but we do have a few that may be worth considering as replacements. Start with reviewing and comparing our 32-351 Pie-cut Corner hinge. You'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

I would also suggest taking a look at our 32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge and Plate Set as well as the 32-346 Bi-fold Cabinet Door Hinge Set.

There is a likelihood that you would need to make modifications, including drilling new installation holes, to complete your repairs with any of the recommended hinges.
