Crank Operator

A quick learner from Grand Rapids, Mi says:
I also need replacement crank operator with F-9970A-8 marked on the bottom. AW etched on glass

Screw mount holes 2 7/8" center to center (c to c)
First swing arm is 2 1/2" c to c
Second arm is 6 1/2" c to c

Are we all SOL on this or is there a replacement? Pictures above look like mine. Buying a random operator that "might" work isn't an option especially if the first and second arms don't even look like the original.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We have come across this operator in the past but, unfortunately, we have not been able to locate an exact replacement. The best replacement option that we can offer would be the 39-264 with the 39-362 adapter plate discussed in another customer's thread here. I'm sorry that we won't be able to provide a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
