On the window it says entry hard truth the number is 30849 on one part and 30818. I spoke with someone on the phone and ended up ordering 39-031- Entrygard dual arm operator and this is not the right item. I would like to order the right piece and return the one I got.

Hello, The shorter link arm of your operator appears to be smaller than the 39-031 that you purchased. I would recommend comparing the specifications of the 39-334 shown below to your assembly, paying close attention to the 2-13/16" link arm. We also offer the opposite handed 39-333.
