I ordered wrong part

A quick learner from Palm harbor, fl says:
I ordered 39-025 but the holes don't line up. I believe this is a right hand awning crank. The old one only has one screw hole on the bottom plus another a little higher on the right.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear the 39-025 didn't work out. See our Return Policy here. Based on the mounting hole pattern on your old operator, I believe the 39-056, 39-084, 39-259 or 39-432 might be what you need. You're also going to need to compare the link arm design of your old operator with these options to determine which matches best. Don't worry about the overall length of the link arm--there's play with these operators so that isn't as important. What matters is their general design and the hole at the end. See the diagrams below for reference. Let me know what you find, or if you have any questions.
