Thanks for reaching out to us! We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? Can you also confirm the depth of the bottom shoe?

A home owner from O'Fallon Illinois says:
Hope this helps. Not sure what I need to measure on the foot. The white plastic piece?

Thank you for the additional photos! My recommendation is either the S351-29 or S390-29 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. I also recommend the 2830 stamp option based on your old stamp.

Let me know if you have any questions!

One and an eighth so the 390 should I be it. Do you recommend changing both sides of the window when replacing the units?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Yes, we do! It's always a good idea to replace the balances on both sides of the window. Using an old balance and a new balance in the same window would cause the newer hardware to wear out much faster as it has to pick up the slack for the weaker, older balance.

A home owner from O'Fallon Illinois says:
Last question. What I the size I order doesn't work? Do you have a return policy? I want to order 8 but dont want to be stuck with them if they are the wrong replacements. I think they are right but you never know.

Emily from SWISCO responded:

You can return the balances for a refund if they don't fit. Our return policy can be found here just in case.
