The casement operational parts no longer support the closure of the windows- the plastic brackets are broken.
We need sufficient to repair both left and right windows.
Order information on the windows are attached above.

Hello,

If the guides are the only broken parts, take a look at the 39-417 tie bar guide. We also offer the video below on these parts. If you need new tie bars as well, we will need to see the entire part, confirm the number of rollers that it uses, as well as confirm the exact length to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

A home owner from Los Angeles says:
Hi,
Yes we need about 6 - 8 gliders for two windows and two metal bars since at least one bar is bend.
Please see attached photos of the bar and rollers

Thanks for getting back to us. Your tie bar appears to use interlock wheels rather than cone-shaped ones. If so, our best match would be the 38-968. With that being said, note that the overall length measures 46.9". The length would need to match yours to work for your repair. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello ,
Yes you re correct it's that bar with rollers , 46 .9 inches there are total of 4 cylinder rollers per bar and I believe we are replacing a max of 8 plastic guides .
Thank you,
Petet

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

The 38-968 may still work for your application despite the difference in the number of rollers but you might need to relocate the keepers on the sash to line up with the orientation of the rollers on the new tie bar. If you decide to give it a try and run into any trouble, our return policy can be found here
