Hello,

It's tough to be sure without seeing the entire lock and receiver uninstalled but it looks like you may have the same type of casement lock assembly shown in another customer's post here. If so, we do not carry an exact match but the 38-099 and 38-100 would be our closest replacement options. Review the specifications shown on our product pages to determine if these could work for your repair. Thank you!
